Year in review: 2022
Kempen, 15th December 2022
After the strengthening of our business segment Aftermarket & Service and the concentration of its activities in Germany in our new, dedicated service company ConverterTec Service GmbH, we look back on a very successful year 2022.
Despite the global supply challenges for electronic components and the lagging effects from COVID-19, we have managed to support our valued customers in the best possible way and strengthened our position as a trusted supplier also in difficult economic environments.
Our team was able to continuously improve the component supply, to shorten delivery times and to improve “On-time-Request”.
Our service teams convinced with short response times, high first-time-fix-rates and outstanding training quality and underpinned our position as a high-quality service partner. Thanks to these tremendous efforts, our team significantly increased our service contracts and revenues and exceeded our ambitious business targets for 2022.
Looking ahead, we expect further strong growth, supported by the growing global O&M industry.
As an independent service company with experienced specialists, we focus on service solutions that keep the operating costs of the existing systems, based on the installed converter technology, at a very low level and ensure maximum energy yield.
In our worldwide teams, we continue to design optimal service concepts and spare part supply solutions while we extend and strengthen our service portfolio with solutions for repairs, maintenance and network support.
In addition to our own brand, we will expand our focus on multibrand services in the future. Leveraging our detailed expert knowledge and long-term experience in converter systems, we see a good opportunity to support our customers in achieving best possible results with different converter technologies and to ensure an optimal operation of their wind turbines.
We want to thank our dear employees, our valued customers and our trusted partners for this joint success and we wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2023!
